If your order is being shipped outside the EU or to the UK, at checkout we will calculate any taxes and duties (if applicable) on your order. This will ensure a smooth delivery without any delays or unexpected charges.

UK DHL Next Day Service - orders must be placed by 12 noon in order for the shipment to be received by the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Import taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout where applicable ensuring no unexpected charges when your parcel arrives. Should there be an issue with charges please contact us via email email@example.com and we will assist you.
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorized.
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by The Manicure Company Limited until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please note you should notify us within 72 hours from the date your order is delivered of any missing or incorrect items in your order. Unfortunately we will not be able to action any requests once this time has passed. Get in touch here
MISSED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES
Our courier partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If they are unsuccessful the parcel may be returned to us. If you refuse delivery of the parcel for any reason the parcel will also be returned to us. In these instances your order will be refunded excluding any delivery charges. If you request the parcel to be resent additional delivery charges may be required.
